Chris Pratt paid tribute to his Indian fans while engaging in friendly banter with his Bollywood counterpart Varun Dhawan on social media. Dhawan, a “Guardians of the Galaxy” fan, recently commented on Pratt’s upcoming sci-fi film “The Tomorrow War.” The film, which will be premiered on Amazon Prime Video on July 2, stars Pratt as a family man who is drafted to fight in a future war against aliens, where humanity’s survival is contingent on his ability to confront his past.

The War of the Future “, directed by Chris McKay, also stars JK Simmons- an Academy Award winner, Yvonne Strahovski, Betty Gilpin, Sam Richardson, Edwin Hodge, and Sam Richardson. The world is stunned by the sci-fi action drama when a group of time travellers from the year 2051 arrive to deliver an urgent message: Thirty years from now, humanity will be defeated in a global conflict with a lethal alien species. The only way for soldiers and civilians from the present to join the fight is for them to be transported to the future. Dan Forester, a high school teacher and family man, is among those recruited (Pratt).

A scientist (Strahovski) and his estranged father (Simmons) join forces with Dan in a last-ditch effort to rewrite the planet’s destiny for his young daughter thus saving the world. The film was produced by Paramount Pictures and Skydance Media.

“Even though those aliens look scary, I have faith in at least one of them in an armbar @prattprattpratt”. It appears to be genuine! Dhawan commented on a Pratt post.

In a tweet, Chris stated, “It was a pleasure speaking with you, bro! A huge shout out to all of my Indian friends! @Varun dvn.” He even included an emoji of a heart and folded hands. Varun responded, “Everyone loves brothaa.” He embellished his tweet with a dinosaur, alien, biceps, a blue heart, and a folded hand emoji.

Their followers were ecstatic after seeing their Twitter exchange. “All right,” one inquired, “but when are you and @prattprattpratt going to star in a film together?” “However, this interaction was unexpected @prattprattpratt,” another user commented.

We are truly hopeful that our government will do everything possible to assist with vaccine distribution and financial support.
